The client purchased this 50 acre property to create a private winery and sea buckthorn orchard on the agricultural land that surrounds his home. Its placement of the “S” shaped plan on a south facing hillside affords views across the planted fields and orchards to an adjacent forest and small lake below, with Toronto’s skyline glittering in the distance.
