    This 5,200 sq. ft. sales centre for Brookfield Homes, one of Canada’s premier builders of quality homes, is a unique integration of marketing and architecture. Working closely with Guidelines Advertising — a leader in Canadian marketing, HRA created a design that would appeal to young couples with children and attract them to purchase a home in this community on the outer edge of Toronto’s suburban ring. This project was awarded “Project of the Year” by the Ontario Home Builders Association in 2007.
