Nominated for the United Nations’ Dubai International Award for Best Practices to Improve Living Conditions in 2008, this 75,000 sq. m. seaside resort and mixed-use complex was designed to evoke a New England fishing village as it nestles into the harbour setting. Howard Rideout is the chief architect and designer of this project as a consultant to B+H Architects based in Shanghai.
