Lushun, China

A retail cluster with a 25-storey luxury hotel at its center is designed to create a distinctive silhouette along the coastal highway. Bridges connect across a canal to a man-made island with 100 luxury villas on a landscape that slopes towards the sea.  Parking decks are placed below this sloped plane. This project was designed for B+H Architects.
