Working under the direction of Thomas Payne – then partner of KPMB Architects, Howard Rideout (together with Lexi Kolt-Wagner and Howard Sutcliffe) prepared the detailed design for the aerial perspectives, and basswood model of this master plan. The design created intimate exterior and interior rooms by utilizing all of the College properties.  The new buildings referred to the historic components of the campus to ensure a cohesive architectural expression.
