The first building of the CEIBS campus is now opened, only six months after HRA designed the project. As he was leaving China in late 2009, Howard suggested to the client to use the campus’ most prestigious building as the sales centre for the 5,000 luxury housing units that adjoin this university.

The client was ecstatic that not only were they able to save on the construction of a new sales centre, but with this first building, they were able to show purchasers the quality of the school’s design and construction. Sales of the homes have been brisk and the 19 buildings that make up the entire campus are now being erected.
