This 15,000 sq. ft. circular library, with scalloped façade is set within a square reflecting pool, lined with black granite. Instead of traditional book stacks, the upper levels of the library are dedicated to breakout rooms for the schools' business students, to accommodate team discussions. The building’s rhythm of windows and brick-angled surfaces correspond to these second floor rooms. This library was utilized as a sales centre for the 5,000 housing units associated with this project for its first two years.
